We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our care team in Sydney, Australia. You’ll be expected to provide high-quality support, using best-practice techniques to assist individuals in achieving their goals. You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and committed to working collaboratively. A caring nature, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Provide personalised daily living support to NDIS participants, promoting independence and quality of life.
Work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to deliver services that meet individual needs and goals.
Assist with community access, social activities, and skill development.
Participate in care planning and team meetings – your input matters.
Offer guidance and encouragement to help participants build confidence and achieve their personal goals.
Respond flexibly to changing needs while maintaining high standards of care and safety.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment.
